I never equated racism to atheism, though I do equate atheism to anger.
Peace be with you.

I am not religious... but I do believe in God and how He created scientific principal and evolutionary processes so that life can adapt to changes imposed upon the earth. What Deity in His right mind would make a stagnant place, that we, as it's main inhabitants and ruling force were unable to figure out? And why would He make it so that the planet was unable to accustom itself to change?
God is not an idiot, He created both science AND evolution.
Most people don't really know the definition of the word "racist" and yet use it often to prove personal points and make their latest rant legitimate (even though it has nothing what so ever to do with their purpose) and toss it around like they do so effortlessly. That would make THEM idiots, not you.
Everyone is a racist! No one can admit it! only use it to blame other people for the same exact flaw they have inherent in themselves. The belief that what looks like and sounds like whatever YOU are, (from birth mind you) is superior to that which is different from whatever YOU are.
It's okay... never you mind.

Errr, without meaning to burst your bubble, if you are an Athiest how can you possibly believe in the Devil? (ie. your ID) The two go hand in hand.
I myself am an Athiest in respect that I think the Bible is a pile of Crap and any religion declairing themselves the 'true religion' with no solid fact at all are just stupid. Oh yes, and Liars !!
I believe in the 10 commandments but only as it refers to a reasonable way of living but that's it. I do not pray to anyone. Life is what you make it and if you need religion in your life to cope then you are a pretty sad person.
There have been many bloody acts of murder and massacre in the name of Religion....
It should be banned... all of it......

Deny Science? nothing about that can be further from the truth, but what the hey, you have made up your mind already right? you dont care about the truth, there is a large amount of evidence to support creation and God, only what you have been taught in school about evolution is false and it's evidences have been fabricated, but again, what the hey, you are at this point probably laughing at me, well , go ahead and laugh, prooves my point.
A tremendous pyramid of evidence for design and recent creation is available for detailed study.
Romans 1:20 states: "For the invisible things of him from the creation are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead: so that they are without excuse."
Scientific evidence for creation abounds in areas of objective observation. Scholars in various scientific disciplines have written about the incredible complexity in living systems and the structure of the universe. This complexity is beyond the possibility of natural development.

i'm an atheist and not a racist.
I'd say using a word like "mussers" is bad strategy - if you're not actually dissing them en masse, it sure seems like you are, especially online where we can't feel the tone you use, or see who you're hanging with. Racism is characterised by generalisations, so best not to make it seem like you're using one. But anyway...
i used to be a Christian - the heavy mob, one of God's stormtroopers. That at least has taught me why religious people fail to get what's pretty obvious to science. Human nature is inclined to interpret things in the manner that suits each person's expectations and unconscious desires. We all make our own reality. That doesn't make it true though.

No way! It's your believe and people should respect that. It's like saying that being a Hindu is being racis to all other religions. It's like assuming that if you're not with us you're against us, which is totally stupid. If you are an Atheist then good for you. I respect your choise and I'm sure many people of different faiths, races and cultures should be able to live peacefully side by side(if only we could get rid of maniac mass murderers that is. Make love not war! Peace man! I swear I'm not a hippy! lol)

my dear chap.
i hope this will help..........
this is my theory...............a force above was responsible for all creations(man , women, animals, plants, sea, land, etc)
This force is adressed by man as god.
cultures are like this. you have a family....your father lays down certain rules and you obey these rules. you get married , have children and either stick to your father's rules or change them. Now this is how different cultures are formed. Some believe that their rules are true , others say the same. But those that are fanatics to the beliefs of the rule start wars to force others to follow their views.
if you brothers and sisters followed your father's rules and you deviated from that rule , you become an outcast.but seeing that the force above that has given us all life and intelligence, it would be a pity that you appreciate life and not the ultimate gift of all---intelligence.
therefore it is impotant that you be your own master of all that you do.
man has taken his culture and called it a religion.my mom told me that the only way to judge whether a person has a good soul or an evil one , is to look at his communication with others.
DO GOOD , BE GOOD AND DO WHAT IS GOOD WITH RESPECTTO ENSURING THAT YOU INFLUENCE OTHERS WITH LOVE.
THERIN LIES THE ANSWER TO GOD.
church , temples , mosque, monestries etc, are material .they can perish.your soul is eternal.....love it , share it and most of all let it explore.
death is physical.life is eternal and emotional.
try this out. meditate .......this is the ultimate soul energizer.
by the way we are all atheists....man created all that we read .
create your own book of do goods and be goods and YOU one day will be a god should all the above be followed by followers.

Everyone is allowed to have their belief about religion, and no one has the right to be a racist. There's the difference. If you can, just ignore it. It is understandable that you hate religions, but many people mistake this for hating the people that practice religions. Look what happened to the Christians or the Muslims because of people who hated them because of their faith. If someone confronts you with this, just say, "I don't believe in religion as much as I don't belive in racism."

I do not think that your being an atheist means that you are racist. Perhaps a little misguided, but not racist. Can you prove that there is no God? I have all of existence as proof that God exists. I do not deny science, I believe that Science and Christianity go hand in hand. There are people from every religion who do not believe in Science but I am not one of them.

You use the derogatory term "musser", but don't consider yourself a racist.
You reference the "devil" in your moniker, but consider yourself an athiest.
You claim all religious people deny science, when there are in fact religious scientists and the Catholic Pope recently encouraged Catholics to embrace science. Not only that, but some of the best scientific minds in history have been religious (not necessarily Christian, but many were religious).
I don't think you are a racist or an athiest. I just think you are ignorant.

Being atheist in NO WAY makes you racist. If you don't hate people because of their ethnicity then you aren't racist. Obviously the people who are making these allegations towards you have no clue what the words atheist or racist truly mean. Ignore them. They are probably the racist. They are simply projecting their inner negativity at you to ease their own guilt.
