Nervousness is the reason. Probably you are stressed.
My advise is that you do Yoga and learn the techniques of breathing exercises.

There are no magic potion or lotions available to stop sweating. You probably are too sensitive to your sweating. Everybody does. It is just that somepeople do more than the others because of their personality.

I have NEVER used underarm deodarants. The aluminum in these deodarants cause health problems later and they are also the reason for the white residue on your clothes.

Wear clothes that do not show up wetness. No light blue clothes. You can test the suitable color of clothes by sprinkiling a dab of water to see if it shows.

Bottom line: just do not think about it too much. It is just another personality of yours and others will have to just accept you. But you can do something to improve it in methods I have suggested above.

Try Mitchum deoderant.

My roomate had a severe problem with this. Sometimes you just cant help it. You can make a doctors appointment and get special medications. Or I remember something about iodine. If you rub iodine under your arms everyday for and extremely long period of time, then you kill all the hair follicles and pores in that area.

I'd say reserch it more before you go with that.

This may sound nuts, but maybe you need to switch to an unscented men's deodorant/antiperspirant. Make sure it has both these words on the package. One without the other does not work. Sometimes, it may just be that your body became "immune" to your current deodorant/antiperspirant. It happens after prolonged use. Changing them up once in a while tends to work also.

I use arrid extra dry which works pretty good on me. But, Certain Dri is medicated deoderant that you can get at drug stores. You apply it at night and then don't put it on in the morning because it is very strong. Or, you can use sweat guards, which suck up the sweat, which you can buy it on the internet.

If it really bothers you , you could talk to a doctor about getting botox injections under your arms to stop sweating.

You should see your doctor. Maybe he can give you something so that you won't sweat as much.
