He should and he must. He's been into too many brutal and hard fights. Those three fights with Barrera were awesome. He doesn't need anymore money and he's a sure lock for the hall of fame. He lost 3 of his last four fights and just got knocked out for the first time in his career. Don't count him out just yet though since he's a great warrior with big heart inside the ring. IMO, he should move up to the next division since he's having trouble tipping the scales.

Ms. Jane ~
In my opinion Morales will stay in there longer than his skills will permit, he's always in a war and although very, very tough he's pretty much one dimensional straight ahead throwing bombs (Ala Raheem fight) every boxer has just a certain amount of punches he/she can take and I think Morales passed that point two fights ago. We as fans always root for the underdog and we love when a fighter comes from behind to score a victory or knockout but we like to hold onto the memory that maybe, just maybe our fighter that we love to watch can pull off just one more win.

The hardest thing fora boxer to do is retire gracefully.
Lennox Lewis did it, but many in the sport did not respect his decision as they should have. I applauded him for it. He was a terrible champion, but he exited the right way. Most of them hold on and tarnish their legacy. Holyfield for example, should have stopped fighting 10 years ago. Roy Jones is still trying to get PPV fights, but is a shadow of his former greatness.
I hope he does. Leave on top, and keep the legacy of being a good fighter.

This better be Morales's last fight because if he doesn't win here it will damage his legacy which was damaged badly against Rahiem who domianated him throught the fight.
