I'm sorry to hear about your friend dying. One bad thing is not gonna happen after another. There's a reason for everything, even if we really don't know the reason ourselves. I suggest you talk to a therapist or somebody you trust to help you overcome this hard time for you. To make you feel better, go on a vacation to the beach or something to getaway and just think or have fun. Start a new hobby or a sport you wanna get good at. Journaling is very good, when people go to therapy for hard times they are told to journal. Although I have never been to therapy or anything like that I journal.
I journal when I'm sad, mad, happy, confused, ect. Journaling helps and is proven to help some people. Good luck.

You have experienced two great losses with the friend dying and the b/f in the army so people should be cutting you some slack. If you have been feeling like this for 2 weeks or so and it isn't getting any better Talk to your doctor about seeing a psychiatrist. The psych doc should refer you to a counselor. Nobody has to suffer feeling this way.
If you really think you are going to hurt yourself go to an E-room. They will stop you and get you a doctor.

Well, it's a wonder you feel so crappy! You have had a lot of turmoil going on in your life. Friend that dies, boyfriend left. Unfortunately, this is all part of life and growing up. If it makes you feel any better....your NOT alone here. Life is....what you make of it. Though...it sucks sometimes...along the way. You just need to pull those boot straps up and continue on for tomorrow will have other challenges to overome. Good luck to ya...sweetie!!

You should see a doctor, this isn't unusual and there are medications~gentle ones~that could help out a little. Take a day and do just things you enjoy!! Go shopping, get your hair done, go to a movie only you want to see, etc. At least get out of the house for a walk. It would help make you feel better!

Sounds a bit off , but I would suggest you get a note book, write down all the questions that are popping into your head and worrying you ... then when you are done, get a friend, hopefully or someone that is out of your regular circle , sit down, go through the questions swiftly and see that reactions and suggestions you get from him/her ....... its fine, you not "crazy" --- good to put your thinking caps on , once in a while .......

At same time, get essential oils of lavender and geranium and inhale ... it works .

Don't do anything silly. Good Luck.

I wish I could give you a great answer, but I too struggle with the same issue. But you must never give up on life. After I was hit by the SUV and my ankle was broken very badly, I had to decide to keep my spirits up. At times, these days I do not bother to get out of bed for days. Just to eat. Believe that God is taking care of your friend and he will hear your prayer. Life is full of obstacles we must overcome, but we must daily seek God's guidance and strength. Seek the love of God each day and he will sustain you in your journey through life.

Well, what do you do when you feel badly? Pulling your hair out isn't really a good option..
When I get in a bad mood and feel that one more thing might set me off, I fire up a good shoot'em up game and start killing everything that moves.. It's very good therapy for preventing the real thing.
God Bless and Keep you.

It helps to talk to someone about what has been happening to you, someone you trust or a professional, but, suffice it to say that many of us have gone through the same things you have and even worse things, if that is possible. I know you have heard this many times, but, it still helps to make it your mantra.."You have to move on with your life", I don't know how old you are, but, there is ALWAYS a lifeline to turn to as long as you are alive and that lifeline is God....Tell Him what is going on and He will lead you down the right path. I know, I have been where you are now....

I'm depressed too... I think a nice change of scenery would help, and I am hoping to get to do that this weekend. Just wish I didn't always have to wait on someone else.
Good luck in your quest for a better mood.

Well my suggestion is that you eat regular meals and sleep regular hours, it helps not to feel depressed, but most of all find a good psychologist, things happen in life and they are very often not out fault but we do have to learn to deal with them, if you can't on your own a psychologist may be able to help you out.
