Push Ups. You can kinda make your own dumbbells, with like soup cans, (they would be too light but get creative). Pull Ups, Find a bar or an open ceiling beam. Reverse Push Ups, if your strong enough, do a hand stand next to a wall and push your body up and down. Sprints are always good.

Push Ups will strengthen chest. Also don't jog, sprint. that helps tone up all muscles.

you also want to work on obliques (going side to side)
