Yes. Several. Many houses have spirit-ual connections in them.. mainly the older ones.. I mean who could form a spiritual connection with the crap that passes for modern housing? (more of a joke than anything here) I mean I personally prefer older style houses myself so I am more likely to form a connection with an older style house... though I might not remain connected to the stage of a "haunting". Having said that it is usually a connection formed by someone during a traumatic time and so when YOU feel the "negative energy" of it; feel the haunting, you send out a negative vibe to it, or treating it badly if you are afraid of it seem to want to attack it or get rid of it. But if you leave it alone and accept any effects as expressions of some kind, usually pain or suffering, they will usually go away eventually. If you are really disturbed then learn about "your own ability to receive" and learn how to deal with the communication. Then you can bring about peace there. Dealing with perceived presences with fear, dogma and threatening ritual is just stupid. If you can't see you are part of the "haunting" then it might be better to leave the house alone. Not everyone "receives". You have to sort out your own "haunting". Paul and Rand S have the right idea.

Oh yes, when I was about 9 years old we lived in a flat that used to be the only house in that area around the early 1900's. They turned the house into flats in the early 70's.
We lived down stairs. There were 4 in total.
At night we would see a figure of a woman in a long white gown holding a book and an old lantern. She would walk through our tv room and through the wall towards the front of the house.
The next door neighbour down stairs never saw her but knew of her. The 2 flats above were always empty.
A few months after we moved in the 2 flats above us were rented out. The people in flat 3 moved out in the middle of the night.
The next few days the people in number 4 moved out.
The people out of 3 never came back.
The people in 4 said as they we leaving that they put up with the old woman long enough. They also said how the kitchen walls were bleeding and how the bath tub use to fill up on its own.
They said that all the pictures they hung an the walls were always on the floor the next morning.
And just strange things they couldnt explain.
My mother done research about the house and found out that the lady in white was murdered by her husband and he killed himself.
That was in the top half of the house.
I always wondered what happened in flat 3 for the people to leave on the first night they lived there.
The lady in white is still in that place as far as I know and I do know that no one lives in the top 2 flats.
She never bothered us, and she never did anything to our house.
Althought my mother woke at 3:12 am every morning.
Maybe it was the time she was murdered or it was the lady saying she was leaving the house and all was well.

I once moved into a new neighborhood, into a big old house. It was used as a hospital in the cival war, and about 400 people died there. People had their limbs sawed off, etc. At night, I could hear people screaming, but I figured there was an explanation. I don't believe in that stuff, but at night, things started getting weird, mainly the second week we lived there. I would start hearing things in the attic. I would get a draft that chilled you to the bone. It got me real scared when I started seeing figures. Things would fall down, and in the morning, some things would be gone. I would see things in the night, and the fear would paralyze me. We even had a psychic come in, and she told us the house was full of angry ghosts. One night, I saw a figure. I was scared, but woked up the strength to grab a flashlight. When I pointed it at the civil war ghost, I saw it to be a black kid, about 16 running off with my sterio. I was still in shock, but that was a nice stario, so I chased him down, but lost him when he took to the woods. The next night, I went to investagate all of it. The people screaming were not soldiers, but my neighbors kids being yelled at. The things in the attic were raccoons. The draft was the wind blowing through the walls due to no insulation(it was a civil war house). The cops found all my stuff when they busted a crack house. The kids were black as the night, so that is why they looked like ghosts. They had been robing me for a while, and knoking stuff down on the way out. That psychic was playing along the whole time. My new dog tank has found that ghosts are not animal lovers, as he bit the heck out of one of them.
If you believed any of that, or I had you for a minute, you need to stop believing what you see on tv. I never lived in an old house, or been robed.

Don't be afraid! There are no ghosts! Everything is in your mind. It happens very often to hear ghosts because of the magnetic camps, which are affecting our brains. And if the lights turn off suddenly it may be from the electric installation! Try don't thing at that stupid scary ghost stories, think at some friendly ghosts as in harry potter movie!

Yes, I lived in a house where others claimed all sorts of "ghost" activities, but since I am a confessional, practicing Christian I am protected from such satanic activity and never had an experience in that house. God protects His children from such things. Also, don't buy into the Sylvia Browns - she's a false teacher and is NOT Christian. God bless you. ~Nisa

The ghost used to turn lights on and off and shut doors when there was no breeze. I could also hear someone talking in the living room downstairs when there was no one else home. I followed Sylvia Browns advice and told the ghost "you are dead you need to move on." we didn't have any problems after that

Yup. We've got toilets flushing, the typwriter going, a crying woman (sounded like a woman), tables being dragged, chains being draged (sounded like chains), and etc. I never dealt with it in a sense that i wanted the 'ghosts' to go away. I just let it be. it doesn't happen all the time anyway.
