assalam alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatahu
(may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon u),

he was a complete role model in every aspect. well im a muslim so if i say more about him u may think im brain washing u or bragging. but neither a non-muslim will give u a correct answer.

a muslim may brag while a non-muslim may disgust him. but if u really are seeking a true answer about him then u should ask a person who is unbiased.

if u really want to know the answer, seek out the people who have converted to islam from other faiths. they will give u an unbiased information about any doubts u have, as they know both their religion and their new religion.

may Allah bless us and guide us in the right path and forgive us for the sins

I am Muslim so i will try to answer this question for you. We do not worship or attribute divine characteristics to our Beloved prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him,. We do not do this to any other prophets of God either.

The reason we love Muhammad, peace be upon him, and have have respect for him is because he was the seal or last of Gods prophets. He was the living embodiment of the Quran (Muslims holy book). Therefore we try our best to emulate him or act the way in which acted.

Since he is the "living Quran" or the "Quran in action" we love him and respect him.

There are obviously other aspects to this love and respect we have for him but this the basic outline.

Nay, they say:"These (revelations of the Qur'ân which are inspired to Muhammad SAW) are mixed up false dreams! Nay, he has invented it! Nay, he is a poet! Let him then bring us an Ayâh (sign as a proof) like the ones (Prophets) that were sent before (with signs)!"

6. Not one of the towns (populations), of those which We destroyed, believed before them (though We sent them signs), will they then believe?

7. And We sent not before you (O Muhammad SAW) but men to whom We inspired, so ask the people of the Reminder [Scriptures - the Taurât (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel)] if you do not know.

8. And We did not create them (the Messengers, with) bodies that ate not food, nor were they immortals,

9. Then We fulfilled to them the promise, and We saved them and those whom We willed, but We destroyed Al-Musrifûn (i.e. extravagants in oppression, polytheism and in sin).

10. Indeed, We have sent down for you (O mankind) a Book, (the Qur'ân) in which there is Dhikrukum, (your Reminder or an honour for you i.e. honour for the one who follows the teaching of the Qur'ân and acts on its orders). Will you not then understand?

Muhammad is the greatest man has ever lived
he was able to solve all problems faced him & bernard sue said if muhammed is alife today , he would be able to solve all our proplems while drinking a cup of tea
he was very kind to all creatures for example...
he forgave his enemies who tried to kill him many times & said go you are free
he plamed one of his friends for forcing his camel to do hard work
he said if it is the hour & one of you have seeds he should continue planting them
he used to pet on trees
he respected all religions & told us to do so
he lived with jews & treated them just like muslims
he never started wars & during it he never attacked civikians & even avoided killing warriers
he used to smile to every one & to play with children
he was very nice at hime & with friends as he used to serve himself & refused to be treated special than any one else
ther is more & more but words are limited
i hope you can read more about him in honest books & i am sure you will love & respect him

because it's part of true faith to love Muhammad more than your own self. muslims truly love prophet Muhammad. Muhammad is a human being, but not any human being, he is the last of the prophet of God.

Mohammed was a man that was plagued by dreams. He thought that his dreams were evil and was afraid of them. His mother left him to the care of his uncle, who taught him everything he knew. His uncle was some what of a wealthy man who was kind of like a traveling sales man. He taught Mohammed to read and write (Muslims don't believe he could read and write). His wife talked him into believing that instead of evil dreams, they were godly dreams and then he wrote them down. His wife died and he had 11 wives after her. Many of these wives were taken as a result of war, including a 9 year old girl. I wonder if the 72 virgins will be children? Sounds to me like he did not like women very much. In the Koran, they are allowed to warn their wives three times for disobeying, after the third time, they are allowed to beat them, but not to the death. Wow, what a wonderful religion, where do I sign up?
