To be honest if i am feeling a little down in the dumps then because of all weight i gained when i was a teenager and i have only just managed to lose the last bit of it, i tend to try not to have anything to do with what many call ''comfort food'' I would personally rather find something to do to attempt to taked my mind off of what ever was bothering me at the time. And so long as i find something to do beleive it or not that does actually work very well, Well it does for me anyway.
But i can tell you trhat my comfort food did used to be anything that was sweet and that would make me temporarily feel better- well at least untill it had all gone anyway and then that dreadful feeling of what ever the problem was to start with would come back and haunt you once more and alot of the time do you not find that it can actually come back haunting you with avengance??? It did me- Which is the second reason that i gave up with the ''comfort food'' and started to think about the problems logically and seriously and come with both Sorting out the problem first hand, but i have to admit that even sometimes we all have to chill before getting down to work ay!!!!! And second of just take some time out to chill and reflect on the problem and last but not least take your mind off the problem by maybe taking part in a hobby or two or helping someone out or

A thick juicy steak with a big mound of roasted garlic parmesan cheese mashed potatoes, some grilled asparagus with lemon juice on top, a virgin Arnold Palmer (half raspberry iced tea and half pink lemonade) and a big slice of chocolate fudge cake with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side and lots of chocolate sauce. Heaven.

A great big, homemade lasagne....perfect comfort food. Mind you it can take a bit of time so if I need crisis comfort food it would have to be kettle chips

I love sausage biscuits and gravy. But that is not my comfort food. My comfort food is our home grow beef. so a cheeseburger rare, with provolone cheese and homemade mustard. mmmmmmmm
