Technically, a carb is a sugar and does not contain any fat. If you are talking about foods that are mostly carbs, fatty carbs would be those such as cakes, cookies, french fries, virutally anything that tastes good and contains sugar, starch, or fat.

Fatty carbs? I am guessing that you are thinking of carbs that make you fat. Well, carbohydrates are very integral for your body to funcion well, by providing you with energy. Processed sugars, like those found in soda are broken down quickly and therefore if you do not immediately exercise the carbs turn into fat. Fruits on the other hand are not processed and take your body a longer time to breakdown, which means when you actually need them they will be broken down and used.
Basically avoid carbs that come from junk food and focus more on healthier food (obviously) ;)

A)Carbs arent fatty. Theyre sugars. Dont avoid them. Just moderate your intake and get the right kind. Simple sugars are the ones found in donuts, candy and so on. These digest almost instantaneously giving you a quick burst of energy and then a slump. Cut back on these. Instead take in complex carbs. These are sugars like maltodextrin which digest slowly giving you constant, consistent reliable energy without sugar rushes or energy slumps. Generally avoid white flour products and go for wholemeal. Cut out the hellishly sweet stuff.

There are no such thing as fatty carbs. There are food with a lot of both, such as donuts and fried foods. Definitely avoid these, but eat natuarl foods like fruits and vegetables, and avoid processed and packaged foods.

un needed carbohydrates, Lets see... doughnuts, cake, icecream, soda, candy, carbohyrates- anything with loads of sugar in it that is not natural, fruit is a good carb.
