Everyone feels paniciky when they speak to someone they like. I used to always go bright red and have panic attacks. The way I got over it was by developing the attitude of what have you to worry about?. Take a deep breath, relax and be yourself and not something you are not. If you try to be something you are not, you will just add to the pressure. They will either warm to you or not.. Listen to what they have to say, Look into there eyes when they speak to you. Be positive and confident in yourself. Smiling is always good! (Don't fidgit) If you have some common ground, latch onto that as a starter. As the conversation progresses it will get easier. If it doesn't go to plan, least you tried. Good Luck

There is NO script...Just be yourself. Scripts and lines are premeditated and phony. Just let your natural response take over...so if you're nervous than it OK. Its natural. It will pass and then it gets easier. Plus you want to be genuine. You want him to like you for you not some fake exterior of cool.

Be yourself, you can't go wrong then there's not pretense or falsehood that you will have to cover up in the future. Be you that's what he liked about you in the first place
