Well, I used to just like snack all the time, or eat like 4 snacks for a meal and I just kept gaining weight if this is the same for you make sure you are eating three meals a day. Take your time preparing them and eat slow, take like twenty minutes to finish a meal. Watch what you eat, dont eat too much saturated or trans fat. Get more polyunsaturated, and monounsaturated fats. I noticed a difference in myself in like a week. I also exercise like an hour or so a day. Good Luck!!..

If you are talking about what diet to go on Weight Watcher's works. They offer two plans - core and flex. the flex plan allows you to eat whatever you want as long as you count the points and you control the portions. It really does work. I have been on it for about 17 weeks and lost 22 pounds already. Good luck!!!

eat everything while the sun is still up and walk briskly for about 30 mins in the evening,itll work even if youre just in place..eat everything but drink only water to help your stomach kinda digest all your stuff..dont eat anything after 6 pls..also try moving around alot..we burn calories just by writing a note and even typing on the keyboard..haha..also try helping in every way you could(wash dishes,do laundry)i hope that helps,thats what i do..(i dont stay unmoved after eating..:::)

Substitute the high calorie high fat versions for low fat low calorie versions. For sausages, try glamorgan sausages. For pizza, get wholemeal base, vegetarian ones. For meat try tofu or textured soya products. For chips try apple chips. For bread go wholemeal or granary. For sugary stuff get stuff that instead contains sugar supstitutes like splenda. For whole milk get skimmed instead. Also split up your 3 square meals up into 6. This will speed up your metabolism and help burn more fat., Use lateral thinking and shop around and do some research you can get great stuff.

I guess eating in moderation...smaller portions...exercise a whole lot!!! Drink plenty of water and exercise some more!

depends on how fat u r, if u r overweight u will have to cut down on the junk and exercise.
