Please direct me to some links/websites that have information on this. Will I no longer need a working visa? Is it the same as it is now and do I have to renew my working visa?

nothing, when your work visa is about to expire, go to your local immigration office and get paper to change your status...

Nothing, as long as you don't apply for change of status(maybe from Working Visa to Resident due to marriage?)
