That's actually a very tough question. In my humble opinion they are both repressive and a threat to free thinking.
The bad part of any religion are fundamentalists.They tend to leave a bad taste in peoples mouths. Both Christians and Muslims bomb things.

Tough call. I believe Islam poses the most immediate threat, sadly not because of the actual religion, but because of the great number of its followers who have chosen violence against the US. It's a shame that they have to give Islam such a bad name.
Christianity poses the greatest long term threat as it slowly seeps more and more into our government. I used to think that Christians understood that government is not for them specifically, they just weren't very happy about it. Now I see that it is widely assumed that everything is about Christianity, including government. I believe that if someone in government doesn't stand up for the rights of everyone else soon and the true separation of church and state, then we will all be forced to live Christian lives.

In and of itself, all religion is neutral - neither positive nor negative. It depends on whether people use that religion as a tool to further their own ambitions. If they do, then each religion is as great a threat as its number of believers warrants.
Islam and Christianity have about the same number of believers. So they can both be equally dangerous.

Right now i would say Islam
But soon as the fear and hatred build and the terrorists attracts continue. The back lash I fear will be in the extreme.
The mass killings and deaths and carnage will be immeasurable.
Unless to stop all of this from happening the Muslims who are not terrorists start speaking out against those who are.
They need to separate themselves now. There not speaking out against them. But going along with it like some how they will be exempt by not doing so. They are carrying a moral responsibility along with those who do it. If they don't stand up now and speak out against it. They will suffer right along with those who do it
Look at Lebanon, there was a lot of good people but they never spoke out against the Hezbollah. They suffered right along with them and there was no sympathy because they never spoke out against them and they still aren't. So how can you feel sorry for them. Stand up and be counted or receive the same fate.
