Yes there is.
Hemorrhoids or piles can be internal or external, internal piles are not painful while external piles are painful. This is due to the the skin present at the external part of the anal canal.
It is dilatation or sacculation of the internal anal venous. Cause when pressure is created by the stool causing a scratch on the wall.
Of left untreated, it might lead to severe complications like cancer.

it is not a problem for life. Yes there is a surgery for removal of larger hemorrhoids. There is also ligation or banding which can be done for smaller hemorrhoids. This is a procedure in which a small rubber band is placed around the base of the hemorrhoid, which causes the hemorrhoid tissue to die and fall off as a result of lack of blood flow. Much less painful than invasive surgery but as i stated before can only be done for smaller hemorrhoids. Talk to your doctor. Im just a medical student

I developed hemorrhoids about 1 year ago.
Then I dicovered this system: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=412
Hemorrhoids are in a general sense engorged veins. If this happens in the rectal area, it becomes hemorrhoids. I purchased this method that speak about the most proficient system to discard hemorrhoids naturally, without surgery. It helped me a lot! Now I live really better! I can't acknowledge how rapidly I got relief (pretty much overnight!) I didn't have hemorrhoids anymore and, in the case they will come back, I know what to do :)
After following the instructions of the method throb, irritation, shivering and draining was gone. I can guarantee that I got rid of my hemorroids problems with this method: http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=412
If you're suffering for hemoroids you should definitly try it! you won't regret, trust me. Good luck!

Hemorrhoids
Surgery
Most hemorrhoids do not require surgery. It is usually considered only for severe hemorrhoids.
Surgery may be done if other treatments (including home treatment) have failed. Surgery is also considered when symptoms become so bothersome that your lifestyle is affected or when hemorrhoids create a medical emergency, such as uncontrolled bleeding or blood and pus at the anus along with severe rectal pain.
and yes ,it can come back but not necessarily

I had hemorrhoids problems for different years. I was basically simply excessively embarrassed to go to a doctor or to the pharmacy to request a hemorrhoid treatment. At last I went to a doctor that tried to do everything in her power to help me, yet unfortunately the prescription didn't work. Surgery was impossible! By then, I was powerless, embarrassed and with just about no social life, so I've chosen to try something else. Then I discovered this method: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info I purchased this book on the most proficient method to dispose of hemorrhoids naturally notice it helped me a great deal! I don't feel torment anymore! I wish I had it years before. I can't accept how rapidly I got relief (just about overnight!) they've never returned and I don't worry about it anymore in light of the fact that on the off chance that they do, I know precisely what to do. After reading the book and making a move in 48 hours the ache, irritation, tingling and draining was gone. To my surprise I could permanently cure my hemorrhoids 100% naturally. Hemorrhoids are fundamentally engorged veins. The veins return the blood to the heart and those from the lower parts of the body work against gravity to push blood again to the heart. At the point when the blood becomes thicker because of one's absence of water admission, the blood gets pooled in the veins in light of the fact that blood is more hard to stream. This makes them get engorged and become bigger. On the off chance that this happens in the rectal area, it becomes hemorrhoids. I can assure you that I tackled my hemorroids problems with this system: http://treathemorrhoid.kyma.info It's definitly the most ideal approach to effectively dispose of hemorreoids.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/EHkbK
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

Yes, there are a few different way to treat them : hemorroidectomy, laser treatment (burns the tissue), sclerotherapy (injected chemicals that shrink the blood vessels) and rubber band ligation (band is placed around the hemorroid until it falls off-a few days)
A good home remedy is using a stool softener. This can help prevent further problems in life.
