Cherry Bomb

Ingredients
3oz bourbon
1oz cherry brandy
1 egg white

Instructions
Shake well & strain, finish with an orange twist...

Jamaica Shake

Ingredients
1 1/2 oz bourbon
1 oz Jamaica dark rum
1 oz double cream

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker with cracked ice. Serve in a cocktail glass.
