Once a cat has their first heat, then they can keep going through it every year, but just like women who can't have any more children through a tubaligation, they can still ovulate or have the monthly symptoms of ovulation. I wouldn't worry about it.
Oh, she could have been pregnant or thought she was pregnant and is now going through a false pregnancy. Just an idea, but to be sure, I would take her to the vet or call them and ask.

Hey there did you take a look at her maybe she hurts herself with something or she just saw and another cat outside the windows and she wants to go see that cat,for me i think that it is normal cause i have 3 cats and all been arrange and still they are crying when they are in heat or see other cats outside the windows do not worry about that i only think that it's natural for them to do that, iwish you luck in the future with your questions and maybe you should call a vet to ask if it's natural the way he acts just to be sure that it is not a big problem or only some affection he wants.from Brigitte G

My sister and I both have fixed male cats who walk around the house yowling. My cat, Tiger, usually does it when a door's closed and he wants inside, or when he's all alone and wants to know where the people are. My sister's cat, Buster, is just a whiny cat. He whines when you pick him up, he whines when you hold him, and he whines when you play with him.

You should stay with her because probably the other cats are teasing her and she needs someone to be with her. And give her alot of love.

The best way to find out, or to try to figure it out is call the vet, that's the safest way. Because some answers can never be a gurantee!

She sounds like she is in pain, the best thing to do is take her to a vet for a checkup.

She may not be feeling well. Or is someone missing from the area? Is there someone new?
Best bet is to have her checked at the vet. You would feel better knowing she was healthy even if she is still upset.
