slim to none
at your current age you most likely have a family and career already. You won't have the time and or dedication that it takes to make it happen, unless you're willing to make sacrifices

First of do you have any amateur experience? That's the key question here, even Mr. Balboa had a few amateur fights. If the answer is yes than turning pro isn't far fetched, but if you have no amateur experience at all, then you should probably reconsider your dream of becoming the next "Rocky", but if it's an absolute must that you pursue your dream then in my opinion why don't you just go to your local (or not so local) gym and train there for a month or two and see how you like it. Why don't you see if you cane sacrifice your body and mind to the pure torture and and spirit of the sport, see if you can get up everyday and do your road work, see if you can put in two to three hours of pushing yourself harder than you ever pushed yourself before, see if you can spar hundreds and hundreds of rounds with someone that has no love for you, if you can do all of this and much, much more han by all means Rock go for your dream. You can play football, basketball and tennis but you can not play boxing! Good luck Champ!

If you are in great shape already that you could have a chance. I started boxing at 24, but I don't have enough time to devout to training as I have a day job, so I just spar.
When I say a chance, I mean a chance to fight some amateur fights and then some pro fights. It's much more doubtful that you will be the next Roy Jones. If you want to be a Rocky you have to devout your life to fighting. You'd be having a fight once a month to start to get practice and build any sort of record. They start at 3 or 4 round fights.
Basically, if you are in great shape now, there will be likely a guy willing to training you, but if you are fat and out of shape, you'd have to get in serious shape before someone would consider seriously training you.

Well, what kind of Amature Experience do you have? If you don't have any then you are truly ******. If you do then listen up, start by getting a trainer and getting a manager. Train every day and start fighting alot, like once a month against low quality oppostion and stedily moving up, you will eventually get a regional title shot and then a National, then Continental and Finally a World Title Shot. But you must win every one of your fights, Also there are no real life Rocky stories.

Yes and depends on who's training you but with the age issue it's a dead end no matter how you look at it. Over 90% of all fighters will say they started training in their early teens and have fought there first real fight by 16 or 17.

Don't know why you would want to expose yourself to the possible injury you could suffer from a violent sport like this.
There are so many dreams. Choose the best dreams. Are you sure this is your best dream?
Of course, you are still young enough if you are determined to pursue this path. See your doctor regarding sports injuries and spinal health.
