I have no clue whatsoever what you're asking. Stomach germs? Do you mean a stomach virus? If so, you'll be ill for awhile and then you'll get better. Drink lots of fluids so you don't get dehydrated. Afterward, eat something bland (bread, crackers) until your stomach has time to settle down. If you mean something else, please be a bit more specific....

Are you taking about H. pylori?

This bug is implicated in a large number of stomach ulcers.
Treatment usually consists of a drug such as Nexium and a regimen of 2-3 antibiotics.

If you don't treat it, the gastric reflux will likely worsen. An ulcer may result.

Why WOUDN'T someone not treat it?

You must also talk to them and teach them that they can not go anywhere without supervision. I teach 4 year olds and they understand about dangerous situation, it takes aproximately 3000 time to explain something to a toddler for it to really sick in, so when having conversation with your grandchildren tell them what you expect of them. Also make sure the doors are locked and they cannot reach them, even with a chair.
