I would have to go with the sage and onion stuffing, which at that time was not used to stuff a chicken, but a paleoturkey.

the sage and onion stuffing....the chicken came much later, they didnt know what to stuff with the stuffing until someone hit the chicken that tried to cross the road, then someone said "HEEEEY! lets put the sage and onion stuffing in that chicken and see how it is".
