Matthew 25:41-45 is the original verse spoken by Jesus.
True wealth is to give to the needy. True wealth is people, God sees people as precious and priceless.

Moroni? What book did this come from?
I understand the passage. It refers to those that wear fine jewels and furs, but allow others that one sees to go without the most basic essentials. As such, no, I cannot relate. Loving God and loving people is what I'm all about.

Peace.

Moroni is the "other book" from the Mormons. They embrace the Bible and another book which includes the book of Moroni along with other books. Unfortunately, this book is not scripture.

maybe it's because most people don't really care about others unless they are in close proximity to themselves
i have gone to a lds service and have seen how they all dress...i know that they wear their best (nothing wrong with that in a house of worship), but, i am sure that they would frown upon me wearing jeans and a t-shirt, and maybe even coming a little bit hungry
