You got to Watch BET Channel...(Black Entertainment Television). Black Americans set the slang standards for the USA. The White Suburban American Kids quickly adopt it and then it spreads throughout America...and then Black People are constantly strive to innovate new slangs because when the Corporate Office guy starts using those slang phrases...its dead.
