iam an IAS aspirant, plz tell me what is quality one requires to clear this exam.

I am confused by the terms, "clear" and "clarify".Do you mean qualify?Pass?
The purpose of this exam is to winnow out the chaff from the applicants.Unfortunately,there will always be more applicants than positions.
I would assume the administrators are not looking for creative individuals.Be meticulous in all instructions.Neatness is more important than originality.
But then again,I'm just guessing,aren't all governments the same after a while?

Getting into civil services is really a tough one / himalayam task. Every individual would like to do something great in life. There are about three lakh applicants and about 70% of the appear in the Preliminary Test(Prelims) to fillup about 400-500 civil posts in the country.
Students from top notch institutes like IIT appears for this.
So you certainly good basic knowledge and then lot of commitment, efforts and preparation.

The minimum requirement to be an IAS is GRADUATE
