Yes. You always have to disrobe for your physical. If it bothers you, go to a female doctor.

Not that I know of, they might have you undress and change into a gown, but they will never want you totally nude, unless you're having a gyno exam. Most of the time they will be asking questions about your health, have you been sick lately, are you allergic to anything, they're just checking to make sure everything is in working order, like your heart, lungs, joints.

Some health professonals require that. She's a minor so she could ask her mom or an elder female guardian to go with her in an exam room, a female doctor will help her feel more relaxed and comfortable.

Sometime just from the waist up to listen to your lungs and heart and then again there should have been another female present or your mom(if it was a male doctor). If the doctor had to do a vaginal exam then yes, waist down and you should have had on a gown.

No. My 12 year old son had to have a physical and the doc did it with me (his mom) and his siblings in the room. He didn't ahve to take any clothes off.

Naked, no, paper gowned - yes, and your doctor should have his nurse, or your parents, present for the physical. That practice protects him & you.

you are instructed to take off ur clothes or not..and you are also instructed to wear the hospital gown and properly draped especially on the female genitalia..
remember that the most important thing handling clients is to ensure that they' are properly draped.teh rationale is to prevent anxiety and to ensure cooperation by the client...
