having lost 84 pounds and managed to keep off for over 4 years, i have found that you can infact loose weight thru calorie reduction. a good place to start is by cutting down your carb intake, and eventually limiting it to only good carbs. weight loss is purely a math equation. less calories in, equals more weight lost. you do however have to ensure that you are taking in calories from a healthy source such as protein, fruits and vegetables. hope this helps.

I am a personal trainer, exercise is always a big help but you can lose a lot of weight by meal plan alone. Eat four meals a day, starchy carb and protein for your first two meals, three hours apart. Then Fibrous carb, vegetables, and protein for your last two meals. Drink water only! This plan uses 4-6 oz portions of protien with each meal. What this plan does is cuts out all your starchy carbs later in the day. Starchy carbs turn to fat if you don't burn them, therefore eating them earlier on will allow your body to burn them off before bed time. Good Luck!

Well of course you can do it, just eat right, do go starve, because it wont help you at all, as a matter of fact, you should be eating 5 times a day, but just small portions, this way you will feel full and your metabolism will always be working... and you will loose weithg... now cut the sugar please!!!! cut calories, not all, just slow down, drink lots of water, just think what is the best for you, since you dont want to exercise, you might have to do sacrifaces with the food you like!!!!... and maybe a lot

Drink a lot of water , to dehydrate yourself . Avoid non-veg , junk food , cola etc . Add fruits & vegetables in your diet . Avoid drinkig water just after the meal . Drink water after 30 minutes . Don't just sit after the dinner , go for a small walk . Have a 3 hour gap between your dinner and bed time . Instead of cola have fresh fruit juice . Avoid fat & large amounts of carbohydrates . Quit habits like drinking & smoking . Go for sauna . Best of luck ..

1- drink a glass of grapefruit juice before your meal, this cuts down on your desire to eat more
2- get a smaller plate, and don't pile it high
3- Humans get 'full' in 15 minutes, so eat slower, or talk while eating or read or watch tv while eating, and this will slow down the intake.
4- If you snack between meals make it something that is non fatting.
5- NEVER eat a big meal before going to bed it packs on the pounds
6- Your biggest meal of the day should be breakfast, that gives you all day to use it up in your daily activities.

Are you unable to exercise? I heard lots of good things about something called the "Master Cleanse" it is a drink, made with water,lemons, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and along with numerous other health benefits, it also is suppposed to safely help the overweight, lose up to 2 pounds a day. It is a fast, where no other food is taken, only the drink. If you search for the Master Cleanse online, you will find it. I am preparing to try it myself. Good luck, God bless... :))

Do not take any bad carb, eat a lot of vegie and fruits. Consume hodia pills and drink milk that consist with CLA.

Try Kimkins, no exercise, really fast weight loss -- like 1 lb a day!

well nothing can trully help you it all depends on your mitabilzzam but here are some tips:
if you dont eat enough fiber your nose will bleed and veggies help some but not alot and if you start geting skinnyer go back to your diet now you cant ever be nobdy!
