Sure. Take it to a local Best Buy and have them install it.

Or any reputable computer store. Or have Dell do it, if there's a close storeto you.

Otherwise, you have to buy the memory, and install it. Which is easy to do if y ou know what you're doing. And how much memory you have now, and how much you need.

Go to support.dell.com and enter either the model number or (better) the express service code of the PC. Select User Guide then original configuration. It will tell you exactly what memory is in it. You should also be able to go under accessories and purchase th additional memory on line. Dell's prices are usually comparable to what you find anywhere else.

However, if the issue is that you want to add more games, I suspect it is actually a bigger HARD DRIVE you want. Those may be purchased anywhere.

But before you spend the money try the following to speed your current setup:
1) Download and run both Ad-aware and Skybot Deek&Destroy. They are free ar download.com. Will clean any spyware off your PC

2) Click on Start and select Run
Type in: msconfig
Select the Start up tab
You will see a list of all the programs that are preloading themselves when you start your PC. None of them are part of the Windows program and you do not need them. Uncheck them all.
If you decide you do want any of them, you can go back and recheck them
This will greatly speed the PC and reduce memory usage

3) Check the amount of Free Space on your hard drive. If it is below 10% (or at least 1 gig) you will need to free up space by deleting anything you don't need, uninstalling programs you can survive without, and moving data (pictures, music, vids, etc) off the hard drive and on to a CD or DVD

Try the free things first. They really can make a difference.

i think you dont know what you want
but i guess you need
Hard disk >> To keep more files games ( You can get 160 Gbs one it is great )
Ram > ( 512 at least to run fast games )
VGA > ( So you can run the games )
Processor ( because without it the computer goes real slow ) ( Get a pentium 3.0 Ghz LGA )
Mother board > To carry all these stuff ( Get a Intel945 LGA )
A Case with a fan to get all these stuff in
and get an LCD Monitor To Watch the movies in better view
And of course 4.1 Speaker system to feel the movies / games better
WOW THAT IS WHAT YOU CAN CALL A NEW COMPUTER
( notice : You cant upgrade your old computer .. you will pay alot and get almost nothing Plus you wrote no details )

Your best bet is to contact Dell. Try the link below:
