Hi I got a question what is a good simple non achoal (sp?) punch drink or something like that.

if you are a girl try Bailey's Cream , its a lady's drink. but some ice in it and it would be great

Water with a squeeze of lemon, grape juice (buy light b/c it is kind of sugary), cherry limeade, Minute Maid fruit punch, Minute Maid tropical punch.

take a can of Hawaiian punch and a 2 litter of ginger ale and mix add a can of frozen fruit juice .. chill on some ice and drink..Mix the flavors to you're own taste

Juice 4 apples and a slice of lemon with the peel and all! so refreshing! Enjoy!

Try mixing several fruit juices, like apple, orange, cranberry and add sparkling mineral water and some chopped fruit. Refreshing, healthy and delicious! :-)
