Operation Enduring Freedom - Manas, Kyrgyzstan
Operation Iraqi Freedom - Baghdad, Iraq
Both of those were with the USAF, but I am now in the Army and am guessing I will be heading back sooner or later.

U.S. Navy Vet. I never saw combat but I was outside the gulf the very hot months of June, July and August. Hummmm... What year? I think 87. USS Forrestal CV-59. Maybe it was 88. I sold my cruse book on eBay to buy E so I can't look it up for you. Anyway the bad guys could have gotten us with a long range missile had they had the guts but of course Reagan was President then and they knew better. They weren't crazy in those days so it seems.
And yes, I vote Straight Republican ('cept for the RINOs). All of us vets do.
