The first thing I would do is make sure my group is not publicly allied with any government. This way, I can receive back-end intelligence and funding from various governments.

First of all get Bush out of office,Vote someone in that really loves to be an American and loves his country.Bush is war happy.Then I would have a talk with the soldiers and the people of America and take every available man into those country's and start shooting,then ask questions.These terrorist mean business,they are not playing around.And they wont stop till they finish the job they set out for.Bush seems to be turning his focus around on other stuff and not for the good.

It didn't work in Vietnam with 500,000 men and a budget of one hundred million a day, so how would you suggest we proceed? Terrorists can be farmers, boy scouts, teachers or even lawyers. You are expecting them to be in special camps and look like an organized army...the French Resistance during WW II is a good example of people going about their normal lives but acting violently when the chance occurred. Where would you begin...Lebanon, Afghanistan, Serbia, Angola, Tangier or where? The answer is to learn to let nations solve their own problems without us....We caused many of the problems in the Middle East by supporting Saddam, and the old Shah of Iran, as well as other petty dictators worldwide...we should look to our domestic policies instead of our illogical policies that continue to backfire on us.

Destroy the ones who have to benefit most from the terriorists. like the arms industry for example and the gunrunners(those that sit behind the desks and benefit from our democracy and sell armaments to kill our soldiers abroad.
