How do I sevive at a new school?

Im going to a new school and I know noone.

Try to get involved in some clubs. Don't dress too type specific. For example, don't dress all in black, or all in abercombie and fitch, otherwise people will make an automatic assumption on what kind of person you are. And over all just be friendly. Going to a new school can be hard, especially at lunch. Just keep positive :)

And also remember it's better to have 1 good friend than 100 acquaintances

Be yourself. You'll get to know people. On your first day don't be afraid to ask people questions, who knows they might become your best friends. I know it's hard to go to a new school. One way to make new friends is just to walk up to someone you think is cool, and ask them a few questions about the school, do they like the teachers(or professors if you're in college) what are some of the activities they enjoy at the school. I hope that helps, I haven't had to go to a new school in a long time, I am still stuck at the same school, thank goodness I am almost done with my degree, only 1 more year. (I've been in college for 6 yrs)

Smiling makes you feel on top in any situation.

You should make a lot of new friends. I asume your starting senior school and if this is the case everyone else will be starting a new school too so they will all feel the same.

Walk in with your head held high, smile a lot and you will easily meet new people. You will survive, and probably end up meeting some great people you will share life long experiences with. HOLD YOUR HEAD HIGH!
