Toast has to be wholemeal and favourite is Marmite - no butter.
Now, my Dad lives in Oz and is a bit on the health freaky side. He likes Marmite (or Vegemite) but also likes butter - but won't use it because of the health freak thing - so, he mashes up avocado to use as his 'butter' and then uses the Marmite/Vegemite on top! I haven't tried it, but I can see that it would be a whole lot better for you!

If all you have interior the home is toast, the question is moot now innit? If in actuality you have different stuff, make some Welsh Rarebit, creamed chipped crimson meat, hen ala king, sausage gravy, all styles of stuff it extremely is sweet on toast.

Strawberry jelly, but I haven't had that in aaaaaggggggeeeeeeeeesssssssssss. What tastes really good, is toast with tea to dip it in. That's great! Just regular buttered toast with tea. Mmm.

P.B. is probably my all-time fave., but I also enjoy jelly, butter w-sugar/cinnamon mix, buttered w-Parmesan cheese.... or my over easy eggs. For lunch, I like tuna fish salad on toasted bread or toasted BLT.
