I would forget having a friendship with this person until they pay for the damage of the car. If you believe you have enough hard evidence for a case, take them to small claims.

Don't sound like their your friend.. A true friend wouldn't do that.. They would help you with your problems, Not start them.. Are you sure they did it?.. Make sure.. If they did.. I wouldn't be friends with them anymore. And, I would confront them. And, tell them why. And ask them why.. I would want to know that.. Report it. So it will be on record. In case its happen again. Maybe go to courthouse to see what you can do. To make them fix it.. Maybe you can file some papers.. Good luck.. I hope this helps

STAB YOUR FRIEND?! oh..no ..can't do that?! I'd file charges against her/him and take it to court..filing with the police would get the proof needed for court..then the judge would give the person a chance to pay you for the damages..OR..just stab your friend and call it even...JUST KIDDING!!!

Send her a letter by certified mail demanding that she repair the car. When she doesn't respond, contact your local state Bar for the name and number of a lawyer in your area that specializes in such cases. Sue her pants off! She's not your friend.

I'd take it to court. If you don't want to be friends with her anymore, which is what you should do because she sounds like a psycho b*tch, then sue her a**. That's really messed up. I wouldn't let her get away with that.

ooo yeah that will work ^ Um, well i wouldnt hurt them, because then i could get in trouble. Its simple, take them to court and sue the hell out of that person, or sense i hate sueing, if you have insurance, get them to cover it, acctaully the person who damaged it has to pay for it.

If you have proof that they in fact commited a crime to you car, then call the Police, or sue them in small claims court. You have to have proof.
