well, am head over heels with someone. and we both work together. i dont know what he thinks of me. and i dont know how to approach him. we are friends but only at work. how would i know what he thinks of me, and i dont have the courage to speak to him about this.

I know that it is hard to have the courage to say something to someone like that especially if you both work together. However, not saying something may be something you regret in the long run. It could just be that he's afraid to tell you because he doesn't want to mess things up at work or make them awkward. The only way to find out is to ask him. You can test him and look at his actions, etc. but you will always find different interpretations of those actions, and will still wonder. The best thing to do is ask him straight-up, and listen to what he has to say.

Just don't directly speak with this guy but let your eyes do the talking (you must have grown up seeing all the bollywood movies...) try being flirtious...(give a gentle smile when he looks at you)
At times silence is louder than words.. If he still doesn't come up to you just evaluate what his mood is and act accordingly..
Last but not the least.. It is not mandatory that the other person should have the same feeling as you have for them... Don't feel sad about it.

well if he likes you the same way you do, you would probably catch him staring at you and smiling, finding any excuse to come and see you, he would wanna catch up with you after work ,, things like that, if he shows no signs or your just too love struck to see anything, be brave and ask him out,, what the hell, you've got nothing to loose..if he says no.. well that ought to not waste any more of your precious time to move on and find someone else...who feels the same way aboot you... cheers!

You can't know until you ask him. Or more cleverly, try and create situations (like the staff's day out or something) where you can test him and see how he reacts. I don't know, women are very good with testing men, I think they even do it unconsciously (so I've heard).
