Quickest and easiest way would be to enter the Underground at Euston station (the entrance is escalators at the front of the main line station concourse) and take the Northern Line (Bank Branch) southbound to Bank station and change there for the Docklands Light Railway - which starts at Bank station.

(Note at Euston station you want the Bank Branch of the Northern Line, not the Charing Cross branch - on some old signs the Bank Branch is called the City Branch instead, so watch out for this or you might get confused)

There's an online journey planner and maps for the public transport in London at http://www.tfl.gov.uk

I don't have the exact route, but I find the best way to organise trips around London is to use the London transport site. you can go in to the advanced journey planner and choose the type of transportation you want to use.

Put euston in as the departure date and exactly where you want to go as the destination. It will provide detailed results. It also includes delays and engineering works which is useful.

Have fun!
