I guess whatever country you are in uses the word squash as the name for something other than those vegetables like pumpkins. If you had asked the question in a more general way you would have gotten a lot more replies.
As for me when I think of mashing up a pumpkin and putting all that pulp into a glass of water I think you invented the world's nastiest tasting fiber laxative. I think it will help cure that problem but it is not a happy image.

Drinking squash is fine. Even though squash has preservatives and sugar, you don't need plain water to make up your 8 glasses of water per day

I by no ability gave my son squash. He purely ever drank water or milk, and intensely each now and then i might provide him diluted fruit juice, until he became 3. After that, the kindergarten the place he went used to furnish the little ones fruit squash and he progressed a flavor for it, yet I nevertheless don't have it at abode different than on the activities as quickly as I rather have bought it for his birthday events, etc, while i be responsive to there'll be lots of different little ones approximately. I undergo in innovations while he became tiny, a pal of mine became horrified that I purely gave him water to drink! She suggested that i became depriving him of supplementations via no longer giving him orange squash!! What rubbish. Squash consists of no longer something nutritionally useful in any respect, purely sugar and flavouring oftentimes.

What are you talking about??? If you write "squash" with no capital S at the beginning, you're talking about things like zucchini, but in that case, your question makes no sense.
If you're talking about some brand name stuff, it should be "Squash" with a capital S. But I don't know any stuff like that, so I'm completely confused by your question.
Good luck!

I think you mean help as in skin, fitness, celulite etc. NO it does not because only water does not put any strain on the kidneys and liver to process it and pure water will cleanse your body the best.
