Has anyone heard of a health insurance plan called IHB PPO?

Never heard of ihp but ppo is just like another blue cross blue shield they have like 4 different types of bcbs.............

It is probably Integrated Health Plan. They are one of the largest PPO organizations. By the way, PPO stands for Preferred Provider Organization. The PPO contracts with a large number of doctors and hospitals and the insured persons get to pick whichever they want to go to and they will stay "in network" and save money.
