Hi
I have got the old GHDs my hair is now thinner dry and spit because they are too hot I had to cut 4 inches off my hair to make it look better. I would stick with the lower temp ones I wish I had of. But if you still want the old ones look on ebay

Hi, i just bought a brand new pair from a salon near me and i asked what temperature they go up to because i have some kodo ones and they go up to 210, the hairdresser said that GHD go up tp 240, anyway i got home and used them and they are brilliant but when i read the bbok it says they heat up straight away to 190, but i dont know if they eventually reach high temperature but they are still worth getting because they are brilliant best hair straightners ive ever used.

the temperature has not decreased on the new irons they have just got a new coating on them. The bset place to buy GHD's are from good quality hairdressers, there they can advise you on protective sprays and give you some useful tips.

My friend just bought a brand new GHD after trading in the old one. As far as I know, there isn't much difference that you can tell.
Good Luck!

GHD'S best striaghtners out there, i have had mine for nearly two years and they are still im perfect working order, i use a bed head product by tigi called smooth and shine and i put it on before i use the striaghtners, stops your hair being damaged and burnt.
