Today, no matter what I see or read, I am going to disregard all hateful or intolerant and inflamatory questions and answers. What do you say? I think that when they upset us they are only getting the desired response. Let's drive them nuts by ignoring them.
Peace Be With You,
Debra

You are right. If I can ignore them and it's not too tempting I think I will "celebrate" this every day.

I often try and give an answer even though the question might be hateful. After all, when the truth of God's Word is spoken, seeds can be sown, which later may be watered by someone else.

However, I do tend to answer the questions where people are sincere, over those who tend not to be so sincere.

I agree though, some questions are not worth answering.

I agree with you. We all have to decide everyday if we are going to react to hateful people or pray for them. Some of them I answer if I think I have an answer for them -- whether they listen or not is another question. How about forming a Positive Club to encourage each other!

I agree with you in so many ways..but the temptation to reply with a sarcasticly stinging retort to the these hateful questions is just so very strong. Turn the other cheek..okay. I will try and celebrate it right along with you! Ignore hateful rants! Love in Christ, ~J~ <><

I agree with you. I ask my question every morning and I get mostly really positive responses. Sometimes I get negative like this morning. I still feel love in my heart for them anyway. I try and be grateful for all my blessings everyday. I have my share of problems like everyone else but I know how truly lucky I am. Thank you for your great question. I think we think alike in many ways. peace.

I usually try to do that. Sometimes something just gets under my skin and I feel the need to respond, but by and large I always think it's best not to 'feed the trolls', so to speak.

If you ignore them, they'll go away... sooner or later... :)

I'm with you Debra. Should we report them as abuse to Yahoo Answers? I hate racist questions or anti-Bush, just to give 10 points to someone else for Best Answer.

i think your question is pretty intolerant too
you want to assume it's you againt them, and your better for not being angry about something. well, with all due respect to your so-called peacful demenor, if you watch the news and are not angry about something, you are deaf, dumb, or blind. some blame race, some blame bush, your blaming angry people, at least they have something worth saying, you might as well be Opera, talking about mad cow, while our soldiers die. don't waste your time getting inflamed over inflamitory remarks, just smoke your pot and shut-up.
