Yeah!!! and how would you source the egg timer to tell you THAT? i ask you. They should make one. It's a disgrace etc

I really hope that you do not have a swan egg to cook. However, you didn't say that you did have one and you only asked how long it would take to soft boil (although I do not know why you would ask the question if you didn't have one!). I can only go by a goose egg - which I would suggest a getting close to being the same size, in which case I would rate it at about seven to eight minutes.
And if you do have a swans egg and have taken it from the nest, the chick wouldn't survive now, anyway - so might as well eat it. Not treason as suggested by other respondents - but it is theft of crown property. I hate to say something like this - but I hope it chokes you.

Not allowed to eat/take swans eggs! In the Uk all swans are crown property, so you risk being sent to the tower for treason

mmmm.... Swan's are Royal meat... This means that its Treason to eat them.... Swan Eggs are protected and should not be taken for the consumption of food....
