it is, but well age doesn't really matter, the reason why it's illegal is because the police are trying to stop child molesters and such to find and date girls under the age of 18. Your 17, it's no big deal. And well you can't put a limit on love. So well stay with him, and well just don't worry about it. Unless your mom or somebody you know reports him for dating you, then you have nothing to worry about

In most states you are legal to have sex, however I'd advise against it, because you said you really like him, you made no mention of love. Do you know there is a difference, so why not wait until you know the difference because what you think today will not be what you think tomorrow.

How close are you to 18. Usually most respectable courts will give a grace period. And the only way that it would go to court is if your parents had a score to settle with you, in which case you would need to get emancipated.

Depends on what state you're living in. In some states 17 is old enough to be considered a consenting adult.

c'mon do u realy expect us to belive that u want an honest answer to this question? i mean, will it care if we say that it's legal or illegal? he will bang ya, u will get pregnant and if ur now going to manage to get married with him us child will only have one parrent. get it legal and get married 1st b4 doing anything stupid. if he rilly likes u the way u do than he will eventually get married with u. but i suggest u not to rush things. boys of 19 rarely think seriously and responsibly of marriege.
