This is to help lower cholesterol, suppose to walk 2 miles a day, but was wondering if riding a stationary bike would have the same effect.

Try using that to get a rough estimate. Keep playing around with the number of minutes for each until you get the calories burned equal.

Erm, I guess that won't tell you how many MILES are equal, but how many MINUTES. Oh well. Hope it helps anyway.

Um.....2 miles or is it a trick question. If you mean in calories burnt then about 6 miles I would imagine.
