alcohol abuse is not easy to deal with in a home environment. A person who has spent years binge drinking often doesn't realize in the light of day what a total jerk they were the night before. alcohol is used as an escape for some but bad behavior should not be tolerated. I realize it is hard to enforce when you are dealing with your elders. If they can't listen to you when they are sober and understand the hurt they cause let them know in few years when you are grown you will be gone with no reason to return.

Both of you (you and your boyfriend) just needs to not be hanging with this drunk person. If this person is a friend.. then time to find other friends. Move on and leave this person behind. Good Luck

Stay away from the drunk person.
If it is a family member that you can't avoid, leave as soon as they get drunk.

Ignore the drunk person until he/she drinks so much that they pass out, then strip them naked and draw all over them with a sharpie.
