Hi, Is it possible to touch up a perm when it starts to grow out like you can with coloured hair? thanks

No. It's not like hair color. If you need to perm, do it every six months. Peroxide and ammonia are in most perms and dyes, so if you think about it, do you really want this stuff sitting on your scalp any sooner than recommended?? I have seen what over processing does to the hair and scalp and it's not pretty.
