This is the same site I use to get information for shipping my dogs. I am in the US, but the rules are the same for most all animals.
Both the USDA and your local vet should have all the forms needed, or they can order them.
This is a multi national site so I think you are in a EU country now?????
Pet Immigration & Quarantine Travel Info: India
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
India allows you to bring in one pet per visitor. If you are traveling from the US they require the State USDA stamp.
If you are traveling from the US or another country with a low incidence of rabies then they require the offical veterinar certificate stating the pet is healthy, free of parasites, free of Aujeszky's disease, distemper, rabies, leichmaniasis, and leptospirosis
In the case of cats rabies and distemper.
If you are traveling from a country where rabies is known to exist then the pet must be vaccinated against rabies at least one month and not more than twelve months prior to travel to India.
The official India Veterinary Certificate is available online for $5.00

Do you really think its fair on the animal to subject it to that travelling? When I moved from the UK to Spain, I didn't bring my cat, I re homed it to a really nice family. I thought about the animal rather than what i wanted. What about the differences in weather as well? I considered very carefully, the difference in the heat from the UK to Spain, I knew the cat would be uncomfortable. The idiot who lives next door to me here, brought his cat, its done nothing but suffer from the heat, the poor thing has no energy to go out and is thin and horrid looking now, just not fair on the animal

the main suitable thank you to dodge the vet vaccination intense fee is to A)purchase them from a mill and feed shop and administer them your self, B) circulate to the interior of reach pound or ASPCA for a miles less high priced vaccination. no longer vaccinating your puppy places the puppy in risk for ailment situation-free to the species. Parvo, FIP, Caronna Virus, etc. I even have helped handle many a dogs and pup with Parvo that fee 2000.00 or greater to handle with no gaurentee of a residing dogs contained in the tip. a normal sequence of vaccinations against Parvo could have saved the dogs and proprietor. definite vaccinations are significant, and definite after the place of work examination and fee of vaccine the vet is expensive, yet there are different innovations that shop your pocket and yourpet. each and every from time to time interior of reach puppy shops will do vaccine clinics as quickly as a month.

I live in the US, but I would recommend Rabies, FVRCP (feline distemper) FeLV (feline leukemia). Talk to your vet about anything else that may be prevalent in the area you are traveling. And remember that if the water there is not good, your pet will need bottled water the same as you
