First you need an old dead horse. Then go to the garden and pick 6 raddishes. Get out the food processor and whip them together and there you have it---Fresh Horseradish. My parents used this same receipe when I was a kid growing up on the farm in the old days. You can add 4 or 5 strawberries and make Strawberry Horseradish also. Great on ice cream or peanut butter sandwiches.

This is BETTER than FRESH trust me:
1. Go to the store and get BEAVER fresh Horseradish sauce.
2. Open the cap, discard the safety lining; empty contents in your own bowl. And It's as fresh as it could be! The brand name really is Beaver, and it's in the condiment aisle. It's really good! They make fabulous mustards, too.
