Anyone have a User Manual for Kenwood TS-120S HF transceiver ?

Well, our Kenwood component has not been working also for almost 6 months now. The technician told us to buy the power IC but it's really a tough find. I've ordered it already (to many electronics stores) but nothing has arrived yet. Since I am not savvy at repairing electronics, I suggest you hire a technician. I just thought that it's the IC which is not working with that transceiver of yours. What do you think?
