Your question calls for statistical data, meaning it can only be answered by a research whose findings will have to undergo statistical tests (e.g., ANOVA). Of course we can easily assume that the three have a relationship; but the word "significant" when used to pose a research problem calls for statistical testing.

Nonethless, here's what i found out from related studies (given a few minutes of google browsing):

Analysis of data from the NAEP 1994 U.S. history and geography assessments found a real, but limited relationship between good study habits and academic performance, for 8th and 12th graders. For 4th graders, the analysis found either positive relationships, no relationship, or a negative relationship--mixed results that are consistent with previous research.

Cotton, K. & Wikelund (1990) found that there is little or no relationship between allocated time and student achievement.
There is some relationship between engaged time and achievement. There is a larger relationship between academic learning time and achievement.

Less time on study may lead to poorer academic performance (Chambers, 1992).

Hope that helped. :)

yes definetly!! there exists relationship among the things ..
with gud study habits time is managed well and it has direct impact on academic performance.
good study habits in the sense ...if the lesson taught in the class is grasped during the lecture itself, no need to study it again and our human brain can get it well for a while which makes it easy to write oe describe even in exams (academic performance)

academic performance means are you meaning just exams?
for doing well in exams all you need to do is "markeing of your answer sheet" by colourful good packaging ofcourse with some knowledge and "time management" in writing answers within the given time.

Of course there is.. Failure to manage either of those two items will result in failure of the class.
