Usually they do. Mostly cause, people who are rich, also usually mean that they are disciplined to have made that money in the first place.
Plus, there is the whole alpha male thing and all, and the obvious attraction. But of course, if the guy is a jerk, then nothing can save him - not even money. But of course, there are girls who'll go after even such guys.
