Try a digestive - a small glass of cognac, I prefer calvados. Digestive is consumed after a meal, and should aid digestion as opposed to an aperitif, which is supposed to encourage your appetite.

Sip water or diet sodas in between every few bites cuz you only feel full 20 minutes later when you are overly full. SIpping in btwn every few bites makes you feel full right away. I swr it works, try it and you wont regret it!!! Take it from me, I lost 15 punds in like a month by doing that. Im 21, weigh 96lbs. at 5 feet so im right where i should be.
Good luck girlie!
