The monsoon is more intense in other parts of Asia this year. Next year you might get a drenching. It has nothing at all to do with global warming.

It is the climatic change that occur periodically or may be three or four years. So may factors are associated like the wind pressured, Easterlies and Westerlies, Tides, floods, etc.
