Take the herbal supplement Echinacea daily. It boosts the immune system. Also, do some cardio exercise (walk, bike, jog, run) daily, drink at least a gallon of pure water and eat your fruits and veggies along with a vitamin supplement. Wash your hands often, but not obsessively.

Vitamins, lots of sleep, exercise, and living a healthy lifestyle (no smoking, drinking, eating junk, etc.) Also, being around sick people actually helps biuld immunity so you can volunteer at a nursing home or hospital to become exposed to germs.

Take a multi vitamin. centrum is a good one also excercise and eat healthy foods such as vegetables and follow the 4 food groups
